Justin Futers assignment in Mayfield recently saw 'Special Services' really put into action. Following an initial meeting in June, a booking followed for early July. The client was nervous about leaving the cat and numerous supportive and encouraging e mails , flowed including overcoming the prospect of a poorly cat. 

Upon handover of keys, Justin was able to reassure his client that all she needs to do is enjoy her timely break! success all round and with twice daily updates about the cat allowed the client to really embrace her adventure! Sometimes it is the letting go that is the most difficult. MHS- providing a compassionate and active service in all ways, going the extra mile is what it is all about!
